Sunburst Environmental Services provides tropical plant maintenance to local businesses. Sunburst is one of the very few companies in the area that can provide both tropical plant maintenance and exterior landscape management to larger properties. We are certain we can provide better service and lower yearly costs than our competitors.
All maintenance is performed by or under the direct supervision of a trained horticulturist. Basic service is proper watering and fertilization, insect control, cleaning of plants and containers on a regular basis along with necessary regular replacements of plants due to age or other factors.
Due to the financial realities of tropical plant maintenance, over the last eight years we have not had to raise our prices once set accordingly and in fact after upfront costs are recouped there are many instances where we were actually able to drop our prices because time needed some months is minimal and plant costs are spread out month to month.
Costs are calculated upon actual time needed to perform work and cost of plants needed to establish, upgrade and for replacements. Our job is to keep plants healthy for as long as possible thus lowering what is typically a large percentage of costs.
Service- all service is under the supervision of a trained horticulturalist with over 20 years experience in the tropical plant industry and is not provided by minimum wage labor as typical in the industry. As all work is performed by partners of Sunburst Environmental Services there is consistency in service and attention to detail not always found with other services as well as flexibility of costs.
Plants- costs of plants depend upon upfront costs to establish or upgrade the account, type, size and number of plants and basic replacements needed. All plant costs are calculated at local wholesale and not at retail. Also we provide poinsettias at Christmas at cost or no cost depending upon the financial realities of the account and the length of contract.
