Sunburst Environmental Services focuses heavily on providing year round exterior maintenance services to condominium complexes. We do whatever is possible to create a mutually long term beneficial relationship working in conjunction with the board and property managers. We seek to create a general satisfaction with our service from all residents within a reasonable budget.
We provide lawn maintenance, landscape and snow removal services to numerous complexes in Milwaukee and Waukesha County. We have substantial experience with all types of condos from apartment style to side by side ranch town homes. We specialize in midsize condominium complexes however we presently service condos in excess of 100 units. Our extensive experience with condos allows for flexibility of pricing depending upon actual requirements and expectations.
All labor we provide has years of experience servicing condo complexes and fully understand the service requirements and expectations that are unique to condominium complexes. As we grow we seek to bring on the most experienced and conscientious labor we can find. The majority of the labor we provide would be foremen level employees at other companies.
Our equipment includes top of the line commercial mowers and plows that are consistently maintained and we also make yearly capital improvements and upgrades to our equipment.
Our bids are competitive with an adequate budget to perform services. We consider the budgetary realities of the association and seek to provide the most cost effective solution to all your exterior maintenance needs. Low bids always come with high expectations and often do not include an adequate budget to provided services required. We do not seek to be the lowest or the highest bid. Our goal is to be able to provide a level of service that creates general satisfaction and is mutually beneficial.
Plants provided to condominium complexes will be of appropriate size and number for location. Most contractors provide plants which at maturity are too big for the location, a very limited selection and more plants that are needed for the location to increase their profits or out of ignorance or both. We will provide the right plant and number of plants while creating diversity in plants at the location.
